What should I check when renewing an expired quotation?

Check whether any included element has been removed or changed. Ask about differences that are not explained in the new document.

How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?

Keep the original date of the discussion in your notes. Do not assume a lack of response confirms your interpretation.

What should I do if the product seems different from its description?

Provide relevant evidence if the support process asks for it. Avoid taking unnecessary action that could make the original issue harder to assess.
