Frequently Asked Questions for Petzl ASAP Lock Backup Device Bolting & Aiding Duck also works on slings

How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?

Check whether a displayed status includes its own update time. Do not mix information from different orders into one sequence.

What does a verified-purchase label on a review tell me?

Do not assume every platform applies the same verification process. Use verified-purchase information within the broader context of the offer.

What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?

Check whether a deposit or commitment is actually required before agreeing. Ask whether a fresh offer can be requested after expiry.
